15 Deadlift with bodyweight (trap bar or BB)**
15 Knees to elbows
2 minute rest
*The workout is timed, however the rounds should be performed at a slower pace to to ensure proper form at the targeted weight.
** Substitute Deadlifts with "15 reps @ 3/4 bodyweight Bench Press" if athlete is planning on participating in Fight Gone bad the Following Day

“Fight Gone Bad”
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. We are performing 3 rounds. The stations are:
- Wall-ball shots: 20lb ball 10ft. target
- Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75 lbs
- 20” Box jumps
- Push Press: 75 lbs
- DB Plank rows: 30 lbs (15lbs)
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate” the athletes must move to next station immediately for a good score. One point is given for each rep, except on plank rows where both arms must complete the rep to get a point.
